It is so good to read about many Papua New Guineas who are getting their doctrates overseas. Their theses or dissertation must be placed in the archives and all libraries but firstly in the National Library. These will increase the number of books written by nationals. Even these theses must be placed in all the libraries in the country's university. Better still these works must be copied onto CD and placed in the Libraries. There must be strict guidelines given that these thesis must be kept inside the libraries and not to be lended out. On the other hand the theological writing is scare in PNG therefore theologians need to write more books. The other day one of the lectures challenged the Papua New Guinean students to write commentaries. That's all for now. Tim
I grew up in Central Province and in 2000 came to Banz. I am a journalist by profession but now I teach, write, preach and attend part-time BTh studies. Currently I edit and publish TEE materials in Tok Pisin and English. I want to learn more about writing for distance education
